What is included in the Tour Cost?

The Tour cost covers Airport Transfers to and from the Hotel, Transport throughout the duration of the Tour, Hotel accommodation including Breakfast ( Due to the fact that the accommodation is located in modern cities with many Bars / Restaurants of all types evening meals are at the discretion of the client ,which will give you the opportunity to sample local cuisine should you require, and full guiding services for the duration of the Tour.

The tour cost does not include flights or Travel insurance,lunch and Museum entry fees.

As we are not ATOL or ABTA affiliated we operate in accordance with the Provisions of the Package Travel , Package Holidays and Package Tour regulations 1992 ( EEC Directive 90/314 ) using a separate Trust Account when handling guests payments for the Tour.

This ensures that all guests payments whether a deposit or payment in full, paid to Frontline Battlefield Tours will be held in the Trust account ( HSBC Durham ) and as such cannot be released to Frontline Battlefield Tours until the specified Tour has taken place. This regulation guarantees a full refund of all monies paid in the most unlikely event of FLBT failing to provide the tour booked.

Our tour operates with up to 15 Guests on any given Tour , however we will consider any size of group up to that number and any guest requested time period. All applications are dealt with on an individual basis.

The deposit for the Tour is £ 100 which needs to be received at least two months before the departure date. If for any reason you need to cancel the booking we will refund deposits as long as the cancellation is not within four weeks of the departure date.

Cheques should be made payable to Frontline Battlefield Tours. We do not at present accept credit cards.

For guests from over seas we will accept payments in other currencies calculated at the exchange rate prevalent at the time.
