About Frontline Battlefield Tours

Frontline Battlefield Tours is a specialist UK based Tour Company providing clients with the chance to visit some of the Great Battlefields of the Eastern and Western Fronts during World War 2 and providing a unique bespoke tour service for smaller groups who prefer to travel independently rather than part of large groups.

1943 saw some of the Greatest Battles on the Eastern Front take place in Southern Russia including the huge clash of Armour at Kursk and Belgorod and the decisive Battles at Kharkov which eventually led to the German withdrawal from the Ukraine.

During 1944 some of the heaviest and bloodiest fighting of the entire Eastern Campaign took place on the soil of one of the European Unions newest member states , Estonia . Particularly in the east of the country in the area of the City of Narva where during the titanic struggle between the German Wehrmacht and the Red Army over 200,000 men became casualties.

These Battles came to be known as the Battle of the European SS due to the numbers of Volunteers from European countries including Estonians who served in the Units of the Waffen SS who were committed to the fighting.

We aim to provide an indepth insight into the Battles of Kursk and Narva , where the clash of ideologies between Soviet Russia and Nazi Germany enveloped many countries and nations into the greatest clash of arms in History.

We also specialize in Bespoke Tours to the Battlefields of Normandy including the D Day Commemoration services in June each year.The opening of the Second Front on 6th June 1944 led to one of the most destructive and attritional Battles in the History of Western Europe.
